Thelawsuit,filedbyStrain’sfamilyonMarch21inBooneCounty,Missouri,isagainsttheUniversityofMissourichapteroftheDeltaChi,ashisfamilyisworkingtoholdhisfraternityresponsibleforhisdeath.
