John Fetterman Defends Democrats Counting Invalid Ballots In PA Senate Race

Democrats’ only concern is denying Republicans an electoral victory, no matter how fraudulent the methods.

Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman defended some Democratic officials’ decision to count invalid ballots in a bid to rig the outcome of the Senate race between Democrat incumbent Bob Casey and Republican David McCormick.

Democrats on the Bucks County Board of Commissioners voted Thursday to count misdated and undated ballots despite the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruling those ballots are invalid under state law. One of the Democrats, Diane Ellis-Marseglia, admitted that approving the count of such ballots violates the law but that she would vote to count them nonetheless.
